The Crows and The Snake

 

True success moral story

Once a pair of crows lived on a huge banyan tree. One day, a snake came to live in the hole at the bottom of the tree. 

The crows were not happy at the arrival of the snake, but they could do nothing.

After a few day, the female crow laid some eggs. When the crows went out in search of food, the snake crawled up the tree and ate up the eggs. 

When the crows came back, they found the eggs missing. They were full of grief at this loss.

After a few months, the female crow again laid some eggs but the snake again ate them. This happened many times. 

The crows wanted to get rid of the snake so they asked a wise foe to help them. 

The fox thought of a brilliant plan. She suggested the crow to pick up the queen's necklace from the palace and drop the necklace into the hole of the snake. 

The next morning, the male crow flew to the king's palace, picked a necklace and flew back. The king's guards saw the crow taking the  necklace in its beak and chased him. 

The crow reached the tree and dropped the necklace into the snake's hole.

The guards killed the, took the necklace and returned to the palace. The crows became very happy to see this from a distance. They thanked the foe for her help.

Thereafter, the crow couple lived happily with their young ones in the banyan tree.

Moral of the Story: Wisdom is Greater Than Strength
